mail2disk version 1.2 is ready for download

mail2disk 1.2 has been equipped with the following new features:

• The user interface now supports the languages English, German and French. You are able to switch between the supported languages without closing Outlook® or rebooting your computer.
• Apart from the existing file formats (*.MSG,*.HTM, *.TXT) you can use now the following new file formats for archiving your messages:
  • Richtext Format (*.RTF)
  • Word 97-2003 Format (*.DOC)
  • Portable Document Format (*.PDF)
  • Extensible Markup Language Format (*.XML)
• To offer you even more flexibility for archiving, you can now select a different file format for each category.
• A new function now offers you the opportunity to check for dupes before archiving, and to exclude these messages from archiving. This could be interesting for all those people, who get messages from group accounts, where the same message will be delivered to several persons. So these people need not to coordinate themselves for archiving any more, if they would like to avoid dupes.
